Auto Attendant Greetings
When a customer or potential customer calls your business, instead being greeted by a company representative, they are greeted by an automated attendant (recording) that provides a menu list of options.
It routes calls to an extension, a hold queue for the next available representative or a voicemail box recording allowing the caller to leave a message. It also plays on-hold messages and music while the caller waits in hold queue.
